We deliver our simulators all throughout Europe and the Middle-East.
What is the shipping cost for a Turnkey Simulator?
The shipping costs for delivering your turnkey simulator vary per region and are as follows:
Netherlands & Belgium: Free
Germany & France: €250
Rest of Europe: €500
Middle East: €750
How will my Turnkey Simulator be delivered?
We will carefully package and protect your simulator in a wooden crate that will be used for shipping. The shipping company we work with will make a delivery appointment with you to receive the simulator. For deliveries close to our headquarters, we might deliver the simulator ourselves.
What do I need to do upon receiving my Turnkey Simulator?
Our Turnkeys are built for plug & play use. Only the monitors will be detached because they need to be protected within boxes. Typically our customers will be racing within an hour after delivery.

How long do I have to return an item?
Add-ons that are shipped in the box can be returned within 14 days to us for a refund. Custom made products like turnkey simulators unfortunately cannot be returned
Exchanges
The best way to exchange an item is to send your item to us, when the returned is accepted, we will provide you with store credit or a refund to purchase the desired item.

Damages & defects
Upon receiving your item or turnkey simulator please thoroughly inspect for damages, wrong parts or defects. If any issues are present please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it.
